Ram rotary shifter stuck in park

Engine. Hemi 5.7. I've had this truck for 4 months now and have had a problem with the rotary shifter. Three times now i've pulled up to a traffic light or stop sign, go to step on the gas and nothing happens. The light above the D on the rotary shifter is blinking and I had to put it into park and back into drive to continue.

Tech put on a scanner, with in 1 hour had the issue solved and tightend the eyelets to the ground bolt.
