Dec 16, 2022 · Galloway did not reduce pretravel, was just as heavy, and still felt somewhat unpredictable. I installed the MCarbo spring kit and it improved the Galloway trigger. And the MCarbo trigger is also much improved over both factory and Galloway. Pretravel is adjustable. Trigger break much more consistent and predictable. I have seen prior replies here in LCP Max discussion and probably also on Ruger group on Facebook. The few replies I saw for the MCarbo trigger were positive. There was a old thread about the Galloway trigger being revised several times.The good folks at Ruger have done one even better than the P365 in the LCP MAX. If you need a smaller, lighter-shooting round than the P365’s 9mm, the Ruger LCP MAX gives you a gun that weighs 40% less, is 20% thinner and with a half-inch less in overall length.
