Irregular shaped gestational sac at 6 weeks

3 years ago. Asked for Female, 32 Years. Hi, I have irregular periods, LMP was 15th sep, on 28th Oct I took UPT and it showed positive. Got my scanning done on 7th Nov. In scanning report shows their is no gestational sac present. What could be the reason for it.
