Edit: spelling. lol, the Broodmother armor set and weapon are way better than any of the other boss items. The club does great damage and kills really fast when upgraded, and with the apex predator mutation you get a nice venom attack. The armor is insane when mixed with widow and makes a great poison build. Applying termite treatment on the ground is often enough for controlling these pests, but there are exceptions.
