The Colorado Humane Society, a program of the Dumb Friends League, exists to prevent and investigate animal neglect and mistreatment, and promote animal welfare state-wide. We assist local law enforcement agencies in investigations, educate the public on animal welfare issues and support animal-friendly legislation.
