Even though the Uchigatana requires 14 strength and 14 dexterity it's best variant Normal+15 (In my opinion) has an A in dexterity with nothing in strength. Even looking at the other variants it's easy to conclude that this is primarily a dexterity weapon. On a Quality Build go for the regular upgrade path (+5 ---> +10 ---> +15). Every weapon is viable. It's a matter of you being a viable user. Uchi is good but I'd recommend blacksteel Katana. It has a more versatile moveset, solid combos and better damage. Yes, as are most all katanas. Chaos Blade is just the infamous one, but katanas in general are hated because of how good they are.
