Stamina regeneration. Stamina regenerates by itself, every turn, unless you have the winded effect. Base stamina regeneration is 20 per turn, adjusted by bonuses. Expected base time of full recovery is 8.5 minutes. Regeneration takes place even on turns when stamina is burned, but some burn mechanics compensate for that.
